Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs on the client's end less than 1 week before the photo shoot your deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation less than a week occurs at fault of Q Designs Media Co. you have the option to reschedule or receive a 100% refund. In the event that cancellation occurs before 1 week, then Q Designs Media Co. and the client can pick another time to reschedule your booking but there will be no refunds!
